1. Start with an experience or content that has a clinically-relevant topic. 
2. Identify the context (case review, podcast episode, mentor meeting, etc.) and the concept/topic that inspired you to reflect. 
3. Launch into our accredited library of reflective prompts. 
4. Write meaningful reflections in response to the prompts. 
5. Assess & calibrate the impact of your reflections.
6. Earn 1 CME/CE credit.

Learner+ is free to use for reflecting. When you're ready to claim a certificate, you have two options:

$20 per certificate — pay as you go, no subscription required.

$50/year subscription — unlimited credits, certificates, detailed learning transcripts, reimbursement expense tool, calendar integration, SMS text reminders, and reflective notebook.

Yes. Reflections on Learner+ are private by default—only you can view or access your entries. They are never shared with other learners, organizations, or external parties.

We may occasionally review anonymized, de-identified reflection data in aggregate to improve the learner experience—but your identity is never included. Reflections are never sold or publicly posted. We’re fully committed to protecting your privacy and the integrity of your learning.
